Happy Monday!
After today we only have 5 more Mondays until summer break! Wow!
Friday night we had volleyball practice until 5:00 and I had a great helper with me that evening.
After volleyball I dropped Emily off at her friend’s birthday sleepover. She was so excited for it!
I then headed to Chris’s baseball game (he’s the assistant coach). Liz was already there with a friend. It was FREEZING! They ended with the win by one run! It was a great game.
Next was Mexican! We have been so bad with eating out lately because of our busy schedule, but Liz requested Mexican so that’s what she got.
Saturday morning we woke up to snow! Not a lot but for this time of the year it was shocking! It was 38 degrees when I woke up! Brrrr!
I had to be at the gym at 8:00 that morning for a full day of volleyball! Both our 7th and 8th grade teams played their pool play games for the county tournament. It was a LONG but great day! Our 7th grade team got ranked 1st from pool play and our 8th grade 2nd. Both teams play tonight for bracket play.
As soon as I got home at 5:00 we headed to Poplar Bluff and met my sister’s family for supper. We ate at Scotty’s Brewhouse, a new restaurant that had just opened on that Wednesday. We all gave it two thumbs up! It was delicious!
After supper we watched the movie, I Can Only Imagine. I don’t think there was a dry eye in the theater! It was EXCELLENT. Such a touching story about a powerful song! I highly recommend you go and watch it if possible!
The night ended with Baskin Robbins. It was a great evening!

Sunday we were LAZY! It was so nice. Our pace has been go, go, go, so it was nice to have a day of rest.
The girls played GREAT together which has been rare lately.
Chris and I watched the Masters together. We wanted Jordan Spieth to win, but he just couldn’t get the job done.
Sunday evening we got groceries, read our AR books, Emily had piano lessons, changed Liz’s Dexcom, and then watched more Star Wars together.
Leaving you with our #selfieSunday (excuse Star Wars on in the background). I pray you have a blessed week!

We watched The Masters this weekend too. What is it with the snow?!?! It wont go away here. It looks like you all had a great weekend! Happy Monday!
Oh my goodness… when you put it that way, summer is going to be here SOON! YAY!!!! Looks like it was a nice weekend for you guys.
We are big golf fans, so we were happy that Patrick Reed won. We were cheering for Rickie Fowler though. (Love those orange pants)! Are you over this snowy ‘Spring’ yet, because we are in TN!?
Yay for a lazy Sunday! We love Mexican food and the weather has just been nuts. We got snow on Sunday…we are ready for spring!!!
