Hello! I’m so excited today because we are on Spring Break until next Tuesday! Whooo-hooo!
I did a Q & A post at the end of last year and loved doing it, so I thought I would do another one today.
I love finding things out about other people and love answering your questions too!
Where are you going on vacation this summer?
We are actually going lots of places this summer!
Chris and I are celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary and going on an epic road trip! (just us two)
We are going to Dallas at the end of June. I am going to a teaching conference, but Chris and the girls are tagging along.
Then we are going to Florida in August with friends!
Can’t wait!
Do you still have your grandparents?
I lost my Grumpy (grandpa on my mom’s side) 20 years ago, but I still have my grandma (Nini) on that side.
I also still have both my grandma/grandpa on my dad’s side.
Are there still hard days with missing your dad?
YES! Even more so I think as the time goes by because I am just so sad about how much he’s missing out on. He would be so proud of his grandkids!
How is your mother in-law doing?
She has been doing great! This new chemo she’s on is doing it’s job and working to shrink the tumors! PTL!
When is the last time you cried?
Just last night watching This is Us! Did you watch it? I won’t give anything away, but man it hurt my heart!
Where are you going on your cruise?
My mom, sister, and Nini are going on a girls only cruise! We are going to the Bahamas! My countdown calendar has already started~ 45 days to be exact!
What is your favorite recipe?
This is a hard one. I like so many different dishes! If I had to choose, I think my favorite recipe would be this easy ravioli bake. It’s so easy to put together and yummy!
This was a a FUN post, Jen! Love reading and learning more about you from these Q&As.
I always wanted to do a q&a post but people don’t really ask me anything! lol. Exciting about all your upcoming trips!
Fun post! I lost all my surviving grandparents (and my husband’s) just a few years ago. It was so hard to say goodbye even though most of them lived into their 90’s.
Such a fun post!! When we first got married, all 8 of our grandparents were still living. Now we have three that are still with us and we cherish each time we get to hug their necks! I’m so excited to follow along on your summer plans! Sounds like some awesome months ahead!
Yes, I cherish every second. Can’t wait for summer time!
This is so fun to read 🙂 I am excited for you and all the fun travel you have coming up!
