Amazon Prime

It’s Monday, friends!

Hope your weekend was great!

Instead of a weekend recap today because we were LAZY and did nothing, I decided to link up with Tanya and share what I’ve been priming from Amazon lately.

Elizabeth was needing some shelves in her bathroom to hold all of her face products and lotions and whatever else teenage girls need.  These were on major sale one day, so I snatched them up!  We love them and they look so good in her bathroom.

The girls are really getting into jewelry lately.  I ordered these cute hoops for them (and me) to share.  They are huggie studs and I love the way they fit on me.

I haven’t worn make up since March! I needed a few new items to start the school year and ordered this blush to try out.  It had good reviews and was similar to the NARS Orgasm color, so we will see if I like it.

This loose powder has over 27,000 reviews and is compared to the Charlotte Tilbury powder.  For $8 I had to try it out!

Lastly, I ordered these to help with Elizabeth’s diabetes.  The other day she was at a friend’s house and they went to Sonic.  Because she is Type 1, she has to order Diet sodas or get something like Coke Zero with no carbs in it.  At Sonic, she ordered a Diet Coke, but obviously didn’t get that because her sugar went to 350 in a matter of 20-30 minutes.  These will be a lifesaver (literally) to test to make sure her soda truly is diet.  Great for trips and going out to eat when we just can’t tell if the soda is safe for her or not.

Hope your Monday is great!  Join me here tomorrow for another Tuesday Meet and Greet!

  1. Oh boy! I am so sorry to hear her soda wasn’t diet; Yikes!! Great little testing strips though. I can remember my grandmother ordering her whole meal everywhere we went and telling our servers she was diabetic just to be extra sure they understood how important it was that she got what she ordered. Love those shelves.

    1. Yes, it was awful! Knowing she did everything right and then they messed up causing her sugar to spike was hard for her. She felt so bad that day! But I know things happen. These strips will help tremendously!

  2. I use that loose powder to set my make up and love it! I’ve been using it for about a year, and it’s so worth it!!

  3. We have those *exact* same shelves on our wish list for Amazon. I need some for the girls’ bedroom! Glad to hear you like them.

Oh no! I am SO sorry to hear about Liz’s spike from the soda!!!!!

    1. I turned them all with the brackets facing down and they look so cute! I knew you would understand the struggle with the soda. It was frustrating, but those strips should help so much!

  4. I’ve got that powder on my wish list after seeing Lindsay mention it too. I had those hoops and lost one. Need to replace them. I like smaller earrings and they’re perfect. Thanks for linking up (sorry I think the Prime Purchases form ended.)
