Happy 1st day of September and Happy Friday! We have a long weekend ahead, so I am looking forward to it!

ONE
I had so many sweet messages and nice texts/e-mails yesterday for my birthday. It was a wonderful day! However, my favorite birthday cards were the ones the girls wrote me and gave to me yesterday morning.
TWO
My next favorite thing this week is the H my great friend, Lori, made for my mom’s birthday. My mom is doing a H wall in her house, so I thought it would be a fun birthday present if I gave her a H with some pictures on it. Lori did a wonderful job on it! My mom absolutely LOVED it! Now, I think I want a B for my B wall done.
THREE
The last thing this week that I am loving is that the cemetery finally got my dad’s headstone installed. I haven’t seen it in person yet, I’ve only seen this picture of it from my mom. I think it turned out really well and looks good. Makes my heart sad because it makes it more “real” that he’s gone, but mom did a great job picking out the headstone. My cousin, Robin, is going to make up a flower arrangement for the top. She is so crafty and does beautiful work, so I know she’ll have it looking great.
