I first want to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my sister, Julie, today! I won’t say the number, but it’s the same number Chris turned a few days ago! HA

Today, it’s my monthly 10 on the 10th link-up. My buddy, Whitney, is joining me today for the link-up and will take it over after this month. I am so glad she is keeping it going!

Today’s topic is 10 summer must haves! Here is my list:
- Books- I LOVE to read and will always be found with a good book.
- Sunscreen- the older I get, the wiser I get when it comes to my skin. I ALWAYS wear sunscreen now! No matter if I’m outside for 5 minutes or 5 hours.
- WATER- Summer time is not complete if you don’t spend hours near/in water. We are blessed to have a pool and go to the river a lot also. We love swimming!
- Adventures- We haven’t made it on any adventures yet this year, but we have a lot of things planned. Summer time is all about no schedule, do whatever you want, and roll with it.
- NAPS- I love me a good nap!

Sunscreen is a must. But now they are scaring me saying that sunscreen can get into our blood stream. Darned if you do, darned if you don’t! I have read that Neutrogena Pure and Free Baby is one of the best you can use. At 61, don’t think of myself much as a baby, but if that stuff is good enough for my 3 year old grand, it is good enough for grandma!
