Hi, friends! It’s the last Wednesday of the month, so it’s time for my monthly WUW post with Shay, Mel, and Sheaffer.
What I’m reminiscing about:
This time of the year, I can’t help but reminisce about holidays in the past. The other night Chris and I were talking about our favorite Christmas memories when we were little and also when the girls were younger. The year we got our precious Happy will be one of my favorite Christmas memories ever!
This picture of Chris and I with the girls cracks me up! We were SOOOO young! But look how CUTE the girls are?!?!?!?
What I’m loving:
That there are only 14.5 days of school left until Christmas break!
Also, that I was able to get Elizabeth a really, really awesome birthday present that I know she will love!!!
What we’ve been up to:
Emily is in full swing of basketball practices and Liz has started her volleyball practices now too, so I feel like every night I am driving the girls to a different activity. We’ve also been busy with enjoying time together watching Christmas movies and playing games, especially two-square.

What I’m dreading:
My final exam for school law! UGH! I’ve not had a final exam in any of my classes for my Master’s Degree until now. This last class is making us take a final exam and I DREAD it!
What I’m excited about:
SOOOO MUCH!! Too many things to mention each thing separately!
One thing I do want to mention, is that my friend, Jenna, and I are going to host a monthly link-up in 2019 and we would love for you to join us!
What I’m watching:
Did you all catch the fall finale of This is Us last night?!?! Oh, my heart! So many unanswered questions. I can’t wait until it starts back up again in January.
What I’m reading:
Nothing except for my School Law textbook!
What I’m listening to:
Christmas music all day. Every day. Christmas R & B on Pandora is my favorite station right now.
What I’m doing this weekend:
Chris and I are taking the girls on a weekend getaway to Branson with my sister and her family! I am SOOO excited! We are going to go shopping and to Silver Dollar City while the men trout fish all weekend. Follow me on IG @jennifermbolin because I am sure I will be sharing stories of our trip on there.
What I’m looking forward to next month:
So many great things are happening next month!
My cousin, Haley, is graduating from nursing school.
Emily gets to sing with Songmakers at the mall.
Emily has her first basketball game. I can’t wait to watch her play.
Liz’s birthday~ she turns 12!!!
I graduate with my Master’s Degree!
Liz’s Diaversary. One year of living with Type 1 Diabetes and boy, do we have a great day planned for her!
Christmas and New Year’s!

She is going to FLIP out is all I have to say. We are going to go really big this first year because of all she’s went through and overcome this year. ❤️
AHHH! Are you just so excited for your Masters to be done? It is seriously the best feeling in the world! The weirdest feeling in the world is not having homework to do when you are so used to doing it. Ha! You will do so well on the exam, and be so happy to have it all done. You have a great month planned. I love all the pictures of the girls from when they were younger on Christmas!
