10 on the 10th

Hi, friends!

Today I am linking up with my great friend, Erin, from Simple Purposeful Living.

Our topic today is 10 favorite books/podcasts/TV shows. I had a hard time narrowing it down to just 10, but I finally made my list!

I’m excited to read everyone else’s favorites in the link-up.

Here we go:

1. The Bible

I am learning to dig deeper into reading God’s Word. I have many devotions on my phone I read, have tons of scriptures memorized, but I am learning to love reading the Scriptures and “old time” stories more. Thankful for God’s Word that is still relevant in our lives today!

2. Anything by Karen Kingsbury

This is where I had trouble listing my favorites, so I just decided to put anything from her down! She is a Christian author and writes very touching stories. I suggest starting with the Redemption series about the Baxter family and go from there! You won’t be disappointed.

3. Rise Podcast

I have recently fell in love with Rachel Hollis after reading her book~ Girl, Wash Your Face. Now she has a new Rise podcast series she does every week and they have all been so good so far!

4. 24

Jack Bauer~ need I say more?!?! Chris and I always watched 24 when it was on TV and kept up with every season. After it was finished, we have binge watched all 9 seasons multiple times!

5. Parenthood

This is a show that I got hooked on after only watching one episode. I still constantly think of it even after watching it many years ago. It covers all the real stuff we go through in life and is just so good!

6. The Last Mrs. Parrish

This book I read earlier this spring and is the book I recommend my friends to read if they ever ask me for a book recommendation. Makes you think A LOT!

7. Pinkalicious

These books (Pinkalicious, Purplicious, Goldilicious, etc.) were my girls’ favorite and hold precious memories for me! I spent many nights reading them all over and over and over!

8. This is Us

I am sure this makes a lot of people’s Top 10 list! I can’t wait for it to come back on this fall and find out what happens with Deja and Beth!

9. Lurlene McDaniel’s books

If you grew up in the 90’s there is a good chance you read all of these books. I remember going to the library and being so excited when a new book of hers came out! They are a bit sad, but great books!

10. Grey’s Anatomy

Dr. McDreamy. Enough said.

What is your favorite book or TV Show? Do you prefer to read or watch TV?

Hope y’all have a great Tuesday! We are off for our Adventure! It’s going to be GREAT!
