What’s Up Wednesday?

Happy Wednesday!  Man, this week has been off to a weird start.  Our new puppy, Max, got neutered on Monday and then yesterday evening we had HORRIBLE storms here and didn’t have any power for about 2 hours. I am ready for things to get back to normal, (if there is a normal for summer time).

Anyways, today I am sharing my monthly What’s Up Wednesday post and linking up with Shay, Mel, and Sheaffer.

Can’t believe June is almost over!

What I’m reminiscing about:

I know we just got back, but I’ve already been reminiscing about our Florida vacation this year.  It was so fun to do all of the recaps of our trip!

What I’m loving:

I am loving that I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel for my Master’s Degree!  This summer has been TOUGH and I feel like I am constantly thinking about homework and when an assignment is due.  I keep telling myself this is the last summer for it (I graduate in December) and I can DO IT!

What we’ve been up to:

What I’m dreading:

My car is getting worked on today..I dread to hear what they tell me is wrong and how much it’s going to cost!

What I’m excited about:

Meeting with our math team to come up with a strong pacing guide for this next school year!  I am a nerd, I know!

What I’m watching:

All the Fixer Upper.  Since Chip and Jo had their baby this past weekend, I have been finding myself watching HGTV all the time, especially Fixer Upper.  I love Chip and Jo!

What I’m reading: 

I have been reading tons this summer!  I finished three books while at the beach.  My favorite one was Girl, Wash Your Face!  If you haven’t read it yet, do yourself a favor and GO READ IT!  Very motivational!

I am currently reading Lie to Me by J.T. Ellison.  It has been really good so far and has me thinking about what’s going to happen constantly!

What I’m wearing: 

I haven’t gotten dressed up hardly ANY this summer.  I live in no make-up, Nike shorts, and tank tops most days. I did get dressed the other day and wore this new outfit below.  My shirt is from my favorite boutique on Facebook~ Arrow Boutique.  She has amazing clothes!

What I’m listening to:

Currently, I am listening to Chris and the girls play FortNite!  Not sure why they are obsessed with this game, but they are!

What I’m doing this weekend:

We have tons of 4th of July activities this weekend and I also plan to work in my classroom on Sunday afternoon after church.

And can we just look at my girls from 4th of July 2010?!? My heavens, how precious!

What I’m looking forward to next month: 

July will be busy with 4th of July, going on one more trip together as a family, Liz going to her first diabetic camp, and getting all the things ready for the new school year.  I am going to soak up every day with my girls though and count my blessings!

That pretty much covers our June.  It flew by and was a busy month!  Hope you all have a great Wednesday.
