10 on the 10th

Hey, hey! Happy Monday! We had such a great weekend! I’ll share all about it on here Wednesday.  It was an interesting one for Miss Elizabeth, that’s for sure!

Today I am linking up with my great friend, Erin, at Perfectly Port Family for 10 on the 10th link-up.

The topic today is to share our top 10 pictures from 2017. I had a VERY hard time trying to come up with my ten favorite pictures. I was finally able to do it and enjoyed reminiscing back over the year.

This was my favorite #selfieSunday from the past year.

In April we sold our house after it being on the market for only 7 weeks!

I love this picture of our girls. This was taken on Easter morning on our new tree swing.

This is my favorite picture of me and Chris, even though it’s blurry.  It was late at night and we had stayed down in the basement watching TV and talking. I love doing life with him!

This picture reminds me of all our Adventure Tuesdays we went on this summer. On this particular adventure, we made it back to our car right before it started pouring down rain.

I almost didn’t post this picture, but it was my favorite picture of my dad from when he was in the hospital at Barnes. He had such a great day when this picture was taken and was in a great mood. Little did we know he would pass away a few weeks from when this picture was taken.  It also helps me to remember that even though I miss him so much, I know he is walking on the streets of gold in Heaven and no longer in pain or in a hospital!

This picture brought back a lot of emotions. This was taken a few days after my dad passed away and right before his funeral. This was the first real smile I had gotten out of the girls since Dad died and it was so good to spend those few hours on the river with my family.

Both girls donated 12″ of their hair to Pantene Beautiful Length. It made them look so much older!

I love this picture of me and the girls. We spent HOURS in the ocean on these tubes just talking about life and enjoying being on vacation.

We celebrated my FIL turning 60 in a big way this year. We had a great party for him and I made him a special book of letters also. I love this picture because it reminds me to never take life for granted and to always tell the ones you love how much they mean to you.

I could’ve posted a lot more, but these ten pictures just made me smile and brought a warm memory to my face when I saw them.
